Easy Move Group are working closely with following clientelle; estate agents, chartered surveyors and home owners throughout the UK, to help and organise a Home Inspection now in preparation for the Government's introduction of 'Home Information Packs' (HIP).

By June 1st 2007 all home owners in England and Wales wanting to sell their property will be required by law to provide a 'Home Information Pack' (HIP) in an effort to make home buying and selling an easier process.

The pack will contain key information about a property's condition and ownership, incorporating a 'Home Condition Report' (HCR) which will give details of the construction of the property, the condition of the interior and exterior including outbuildings, and an energy rating. This will consequently determine whether there are any health and safety issues that prospective purchasers need to be made aware of.

Although (HIP) won't become compulsory until 2007, the Government hopes that estate agents and chartered surveyors will begin promoting and using them on a voluntary basis. To give the industry an opportunity to test systems and processes, there will be a national 'dry run' starting this summer.
